Box 12 code TP (cash tips), Box 12 code TT (qualified overtime) and Box 14b (Treasury Tipped Occupation Codes) are new for 2026, and W-2s are due February 1, 2027. This kit turns your payroll register into those numbers, so you catch mistakes in December instead of fixing them on W-2c forms in March.
Get the Business Kit, $149Bookkeeper Edition, $399Does this replace my payroll provider? No. It helps you check and organize the data your provider puts on the W-2.
Do mandatory service charges count? Per the IRS 2026 W-2 instructions, mandatory service charges are not qualified tips, so they generally stay out of TP. Your facts may differ, for example if a charge is actually voluntary, so confirm with your payroll provider or CPA. The workbook keeps them in a separate column.
What if I close the tab after paying? Stripe emails you a paid invoice with your permanent download link. Reply to it if you can't find it.
Refunds? If the kit isn't useful to you, email us within 30 days for a full refund.
